WHAT DOES GOJI HAVE IN IT?
Goji has two main elements that are beneficial to health and considered antioxidants: Beta-carotene and Zeaxanthin. Goji berries contain at least eighteen amino acids, more iron than spinach and more beta carotene than carrots. Goji fruit is one of the most powerful, natural anti-aging food available. The Chinese still use Goji berries as a medicine to treat kidney, bladder and eye ailments. Goji berries can be bought in China from a pharmacy with a prescription or in the open fruit markets for general consumption.
